One of our customer was using 'System Performance Dashboard' in previously and asked us to enable the same on their new instance. I see that ServiceNow has removed it.

Details here:

System Performance Dashboard is deprecated in Xanadu without free alternative and ServiceNow forcing to take Impact subscription? 😕

  • The System Performance Dashboard is deprecated as of the Xanadu release. Impact Instance Observer offers a powerful solution for enhancing system performance. Contact your account manager to discover more."

Now customer has to forcefully take impact subscription? There are other products with similar situation ..... Why force to take subscription? or am I missing something?

@Suggy

your understanding is correct.

the System Performance Dashboard is discontinued, and Impact Instance Observer is the supported replacement, requiring an Impact subscription

there are couple of blogs and videos explaining the relevance and importance of this new feature.

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar

Customer is frustrated and is telling why should I subscribe when there was already a free version of 'System Performance Dashboard' available before which is now removed and asking to subscribe to Impact which they dont need as of now. Thats the point 🙂

@Suggy

that's a valid point.

Best answer can be given by your customer's ServiceNow Account representative or reach out to sales team for ServiceNow.
