I click on Login VIA single sign on. It gives me following error
- Log in with a different ID
- Log in once using your legacy Now Support credentials If you don't have a ServiceNow ID yet, you can log in with your legacy credentials one time, and we will create a ServiceNow ID on your behalf.
- Update the email address on your existing ServiceNow ID Use the same email address as your existing Now Support user account.
- Contact your organization's Customer Administrator Ask them to add your email address to your Now Support company account.
- Troubleshoot login issues
I try to log in with my main mail but it doesn’t allow me, since apparently I need to be a customer,
Does anyone know if there’s a way to log in with a email/developer account email? or how can I download the files to install them in my personal instance so I can learn about implementations?
Regards,

You CAN install store apps via the Application Manager within the PD instance. This has restrictions - you can install HRSD but can't install Now Assist for HRSD. You can also install some 3rd party apps, but most often the 3rd party apps are only available through the store and not available to install via the App Manager.

Completely agree. It is total nonsense to provide a link to download Mobile SDK for example and then block you when you try to download it.
