Create a button on the record producer

How to create a  cancel button on the record producer form created by us could you please help me

Hi @siva118 ,

What the need of cancel button on record producer form, if you dont wish to continue with submission simply close the tab or click on back browser button ? 

Can you be clear on whats needed ?

In the portal when we click on cancel button all the fields should be readonly and state should be move to cancelled.
