Hi All,
We are integrating ServiceNow with JIRA. Few fields are not available on ServiceNow which are there in JIRA.
Which is the best practice to be followed? Should we create custom fields or use existing unused fields and change the label.
Create Custom field: will be causing the OOB version to be lost and customizing the table can lead to more customizations.
Use existing fields: can be a solution but if any upgrade is making changes to those fields will become an impact to the system.
Kindly let me know, what are the things we need to validate on the table before customizing it. And what are the best practices to be followed for customizing the table.
