Has anyone implemented ATF in their instance from scratch ?

Hello all, we want to implement ATF in our organization from the scratch for all our modules, starting with ITSM (incidents, in particular). We have a lot of record producers, IT helpdesk, inbound actions and integrations which are raising incidents.
Can someone help me with this please? I am almost a fresher in this area and learning along the way - any help will be appreciated.
