How to change the insert link of the kb article

How to change the order insert link open link in.., (options)- None(use implicit). I want same frame (_self ) to be 1st. Note I want to do it in KB article form

It's OOTB functionality within text field/editor so don't think so we can able do this.

@chandan1994 you can modify this. Please refer to this document How to change options under Target field on Insert/edit link form which appears on click of a button...
