I'm not able to add my dev instance in the Now Support mobile app

When I'm trying to add my developer instance in the Now Support app I'm getting this error: unauthorized_client: The client credentials provided (those of the service you are using) are either not valid or not trusted.

I tried reimporting the ServiceNow Agent Registry, and it's still not working.

My instance is running on the Washington DC release. Could it be that the app is not compatible with it?

Hi AdaniaM,

I'd be very surprised if the app is incompatible.  You can check the Washington release notes for that.

How are you authenticating to that instance?  If you are doing it through SSO to Azure, the problem is probably there.  Check with your Azure admin to get that corrected.  Unfortunatley, that's all I can offer.

Hope that helps.

I'm using a free developer instance, so no Azure is involved.

It's just strange that I'm able to connect to the other two apps available from them, Now Mobile, and ServiceNow Agent. Only the Now Support is not working.

I honestly don't understand the differences between them, I just want to access my portal as it is on desktop, but on the phone. I saw that I can add a link to it in the apps, but it will still open on a browser, so what is the point in doing that?
