This is the right place to do it. Not sure why is it taking you to some other page. Can you show where did you click on 'update ID'

Hi Umesh, 

If your partner portal is registered by your company email, its best to use it. I dont think it can be changed. However you could try from ServiceNow community.

Hi Umesh, 

Go to your ServiceNow community profile or Developer profile depending on where you want to update your email ID and in Primary email section, you can update your email to whatever you prefer. You may need to confirm your new email by Email Authentication.

Here you can edit your ID.
