In serviceportal search with name not appearing SR

Hi All,

If you use "CMDB" as a search term relevant SR's do not appear

For example, if i search for CMDB i would expect the below SR's to be returned as results:

CMDB SR for Application CI
CMDB update for Network CI

let me know the reason. Please provide the solution

Hi @Sirri ,

Have you verified how your Search Sources are configured?

You can do that by navigating to Service Portal > Portals , opening your Portal record and verifying the Source Search records in the Related list( at the bottom of the form ).
