Hi Guys, 

 

I have a requirement regarding the creation of incident 

If the email is from " test@test.com" and if the email contains the subject like " Escalation: High”

OR subject is like " if the email contains the subject like " XYZ = Critical”

OR subject is like " if the email contains the subject like " XYZ = High”

OR subject is like " if the email contains the subject like " XYZ = Medium”

then P2 incidents will be created. 

 

here if the user enters anything else than these subject lines incident record should not be created.
