moogsoft onprem reopen incident in servicenow

Hi Team,

 

 ServiceNow is integrated with on Prem Moogsoft ,We have a requirement reopen  resolved incident if the incident resolve with in 24 hour .

 

Any help appreciated what properties i can use to reopen incident in servicenow

When an incident is resolved within 24 hours, you need to reopen it? It sounds like a weird requirement.

 

Can you explain more about the setup? Does the reopening needs to be triggered from Moogsoft? Is it just a check that if the incident is resolved within 24 hours after the creation, you need to reopen it in ServiceNow and restart the integration?

Hi Mark,

 

Requirement is Need to check How we can set the state incident to reopen for same issue alert if the incident is in resolve state within 24 hour.

We have ServiceNow Integration with Onprem Moogsoft
