my ServiceNow instance is offline.

i  am practicing  my work in the instance in that time the instance goes to offline. how to get back my old instance. i patricide so many work in that  instance .

Hi @Jeff W2 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available for PDIs from ServiceNow perspective, hence you're limited to some options:

 

  1. If your PDI has been reclaimed, there is NO option to get it back. Only solution is to request a fresh instance and start from scratch if you haven't backed up your work.
  2. If your PDI is "just offline" you can either wait - it should come online after some time, or release the instance and request a fresh installation.
