We created 2 service now instanced recently and it was working until this morning. But now we are unable to reach the instance. Both were actively used and created within 10 days.
When i refresh the instance, i get the following message
The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.

https://dev198913.service-now.com/
Can someone help with this issue.

Hi @Vaibhav35
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- wait - nobody can tell you how long it will take
- if you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please note, that any work that you might have done and haven't backed up will be lost.

You have to wait and keep the patient as there is no support to PDI. Make sure to connect your instances to repository to avoid any data loss.
