I am using Jmeter to perform performance testing on a ServiceNow catalog item form by Record Controller. But the catalog item is not populating data for the reference fields in the form. Can you tell me why is this happening?
I believe that JMeter is not able to fetch data from the data base (as it is also populating the user details like it should based on the requester name from my variable set).
