"Email" not display in More operations "…" for RITM

In my own instance, "Email" not display in More operations "…" for RITM,   "Email" is display for Incident.

Please how can I make the compose Email display in More operations "…" for RITM? Thanks!

in the attributes on collection field somebody might have disabled it

How to add or remove the Email option on a form header menu.
