RITM not updated with Closed date and closed by in list view

Hi Team, 

 

I have an issue that RITM Closed and Closed By are empty due to which we are getting incorrect count of the RITM's closed on particular date to extract reports.

PFA,

for some of the records it is getting updated but for some of the records not getting update 

 

Please check and provide us resolution.

We noticed this in our instance as well.  Rather than rely on the out of box Business Rule to populate this, since it is failing to trigger in some cases, we added this to a subflow that is executed on every Catalog Item flow - so when every request closes, the Closed, Closed by (and Close notes in our case) are updated via an Update Record activity.
