I'm currently a Guided Impact customer and have used their accelerator services. I'm reaching out to see if others in our community have also used Guided Impact. I would love to hear about your experiences and the opportunity to network and discuss the following points:

We're trying to settle into a routine. All I would say is be vocal if you have concerns about any of it. I've shared feedback with our impact squad, our sales rep and anyone who would listen. They've tried to accommodate, offer to meet more, try to communicate better between your SC, Sales Rep and Impact Squad. It can get confusing trying to keep everything straight and on the same page.

Hi Jerry,

 

Fellow guided impact customer here. It was a tough road getting started for us until we figured out how to best utilize impact. With that said, our focus has been on the accelerators. Our team is very small so we focus on controlling only what we can control. Which is things like CMDB tuneup, health checks, platform health, security assessments, getting ready for upgrades, AI search setup, and Employee Center prep, etc. We've probably done 10+ technical accelerators. 

 

Value blueprint is a little up in the air for us. I know they want you to upload metrics for certain ticket types, but we never got to that point. I think it's also changed a little more into the value journey. What also looks interesting is the area about product adoption and capabilities maps. Figure out how to use everything that you are already licensed and paying for. 

 

Thanks Tony for your response and really useful about the upload metrics part.  Has anything changed or improved since you posted back in January?
