Hi Sadhna,
Attachments can be duplicated down to the sctask however I'd strongly discourage it. Duplicating will increase disk usage of the instance of which customers have a finite amount before encountering charges.
My recommendation would be to add a flag/message/indicator to inform the fulfiller that there are attachments available on the RITM
