Hey guys, so I'm having trouble accessing the labs on the ServiceNow learning. After completing a lesson, when it's time to do the labs it's not giving me all the information needed to complete it. If anyone can help me in this matter it would be appreciated.

So when you started this course, you can see on the right side there is an option to Request an Instance, you can request a lab instance that you can use for these labs.

The detailed steps are mentioned in the ebook. There will be redeem code provided/emailed which you have to use in the bookshelf app to get the ebook.
