Hello All,

I need to achieve the below requirement:

Requirements:
1. If Caller is Securonix Admin:
  a) Channel = SIEM
  b) Category = Security
2. If Caller is Securonix Admin:
  a) Urgency = Impact = Securonix Priority
3. If Caller is Securonix Admin:
  a) Subcategory = Risk Threat Name should be picked up from Description
4. If Caller is Securonix Admin:
  a) Configuration item and CI User For need to be removed from mandatory requirements.

 

I need to achieve this requirement in the incident form. Kindly help me in achieving it. Anyone please respond.
