We have recently migrated our AD domain from Farmcreditwest to AgWestFC. After doing so I can no longer access our ServiceNow instance. Our MSP is using Okta for SSO and I suspect the reason is because my Farmcreditwest domain user was disabled.
How do I access the ServiceNow instance with the new AgWestfc domain credentials?
