Hi,
User is trying to login through his iPhone to ServiceNow app. but he is getting errors.
affected user unable to sign in to now - mobile Intune app in IOS device, attached is the sign in logs and admin approval required.
-user has the correct managed app installed from company portal
-tried to replicate the issue in test device, facing same issue

This error is not related to ServiceNow but to any issue in the Intune Management. The mentioned admin therefore has to be identified in the Intune team. Any configuration is missing from their side.

I got the answer, KB1638897 explains that Microsoft Entra ID app registration mandate for Servicenow Agent Intune and Nowmobile Intune Apps. Microsoft admin needs to provide consent on the app usage request
