When we are moving VTB we are receiving You do not have the permissions to modify this record error.
I have checked community, I found one they are asking to create a list_edit ACL on vtb table. I have created list_edit acl, however still user is receiving same error.
User is having itil role
Can you help me what needs to be done?

Hi @sriram7
Can you check, is same user is able to do changes/assign the task to another user on form view? If no, then it is ACL issue ,where this validation has been mapped.
Please check is any ACL written on this table and this field ?

User is having access to view the form, but not able to edit or assign any tasks to any user. Entire form is read-only for the user

Hi @sriram7 ,
Ok, and the user trying to assign a card to another user, does the user trying to assign have access to the underlying table? a VTB cannot break the underlying permission restrictions of the "ticket table". Please make sure that the user can see the records from your "ticket table".
