Now Assist Skills for Universal Request

I am trying to explore creating NOW Assist Skills for Universal request.

Does Skill kit allow giving the input as the data from related list tied to the actual record.

I would like the Custom skill for Universal request to read the incident/ RITM related list for Universal request records and help with Summarization.

what do you mean "universal request", how do you understand that?

Meanwhile for NA Skills, refer to Now Assist Skill Kit Use Case Library and/or [GF#8] Getting started with Now Assist

Universal Request is OOB module that maps to  universal_request table but ServiceNow does not have any OOB Now Assist skills on that.
