Assistant Designer is not visible under Conversational Interface because you have not installed or activated a required Now Assist product on your instance. [1]

To access Assistant Designer navigate to All > Assistant Designer.

Assistant Designer is comprised of three main areas:

1. Assistants: From the Assistants tab, an admin creates, manages, and tests assistants. Voice assistants can't be tested within Assistant Designer at this time. Assistant Designer is only available if you have installed a Now Assist product. Customers who are only using Natural Language Understanding (NLU) can't access Assistant Designer. For more information about configuring chat or voice assistants, see Configuring assistants overview.
2. Asset library: The Asset library tab opens the Virtual Agent Designer home page where you can create NLU/Keyword topics and LLM assets. For more information, see Getting started with Assistant Designer Asset library.
3. Analytics: Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of your chat and voice assistants from the Analytics tab. For more information, see Analyzing assistants.

i am doing Virtual Agent Assessment Simulator (Xanadu)

 course in servicenow on this there is one task i need to complete by creating the topic but as i am not able to get assistant Assistant Designer under conversastional interface

Aha, now that you’ve given me more context, buddy, it looks like this is a lab-related issue. It seems the lab course is old, so it would be better to log a case with the Learning Team. They can look into it further and guide you on the next steps.

But if still want to do :

Go to Plugins and search for Now Assist . Once you find it, activate the required plugin and then you should be able to access the relevant functionality.

Assistant Designer is only available if you have installed a ServiceNow Otto product.

If required plugin is installed already , Then under Conversational interface, you can see Assistant Designer to Create, configure, manage, and test LLM-based chat and voice assistants.
