Hello everyone,
Looking for some assistance with setup for AI Agent Advisor. At this time, in our DEV environment the AI Agent Advisor runs as expected providing opportunities to build AI Agents. Even changing the filters on the setup, no issues and works with in a reasonable amount of time (depending on the # of incidents I am capturing).
However, in our PRD environment the same setup and configuration with multiple filters set forth to give a greater # of incidents to a small amount as shown in the attachment, it is always stuck at this stage. It doesn't move forward regardless of the # of incidents I have filtered. Has anyone else experienced this, should I be looking at Support to assist? I've gone through the docs in the beginning to ensure I was setting it up correctly thus my DEV experience is successful.
Any thoughts or direction to guide me through resolving this would appreciative.
