I want to integrate Now Assist with 3rd party chat interface, something I can build or connect with another such as telegram or whatapps. I read some and find that the most optimal way is to warp Now Assist in a Virtual Agent and expose Virtual Agent API.
I installed Virtual Agent API and a few plugin but in REST API explorer, I cant find any API that help me fetch or make converstation. There are only 2 namespace and neither seems to be the usage I need.
What am I missing? Or is there a better alternative, please suggest

Hi - Have you checked under scripted REST API? Yes, Of course, pattern is not to call now assist directly, but wrap the experience through virtual agent topic/ conversational interact, then expose it to TG or WA using Bot integration API

@hoathong99 Change the API Value in drop down to VA BOT Integration. Currently its set as CI Contact Center as Per Your SS.
Once You Change It you will be Able to See . It Combination of Name Space and APi in Dropdown.
