Hi Community,
I am working on a custom TierServe 360 Case application in ServiceNow Studio.
When I create a case and select the Account Number, I get the following error:
"Access to Script Include TierServeCasePriority blocked from scope x_snc_telecom_cu_0."
The Script Include TierServeCasePriority is being used to calculate the case priority, but access to the Script Include is blocked from my application scope.
Could you please help me understand how to allow access to this Script Include from my application scope and what configuration needs to be changed?
I have attached the screenshot of the error for reference.
Thanks.

hi @236m1a4204 ,
Check the Script Include TierServeCasePriority and verify these settings:
- Accessible from = All application scopes
- Active = true
- Client callable = enabled only if it is actually being called from client-side code
- If it is a scoped Script Include, make sure the API name/name being called is correct.
If this helps, please mark it as Helpful and accept the solution.

Tejas
