How can I output the following average numbers into analytics:

  • Current month's average number of agent replies
  • Current month's average number of user (requester) replies?

Thank you for your reply.

When I followed the steps to click 'Automated Indicators' and then click the 'New' button in the list header that appeared, the attached message was displayed.

New Performance Analytics configuration records cannot be created with the complimentary version of Performance Analytics. To create this record, your business must license Performance Analytics.
Contact your sales representative for more information.

Check with your Sales team if you have PA subscription. If yes, follow below KA

If you do not have subscription, you need to purchase and activate the plugin.
