Approver not Triggered for KB Articles for Draft and pending retirement State. So can you guide how to re-trigger the approval.

Hi @akash12345 ,

Generally the approval would be triggered when you are about to publish the KB article. So when a kb is in draft or pending retirement generally we do not have any kind of approvals. But if you desire you can trigger approvals manually through script or by creating a workflow.
