Because i am not able to catch-up from Now Learning so your suggestions will be valuable!

The developer site is a smart start. You get a free developer instance that runs nearly everything, you just have to log into it at least one a week to keep it active.
https://developer.servicenow.com/
Search youtube.com for ServiceNow and you will find thousands of great videos that will help you with learning ServiceNow and how it works... you will also probably find a lot of material that can waste your time. I generally do not look at anything that is over 1 year old, mostly because it is probably obsolete and, at minimum the way to do the same functions has been altered slightly.

@JekinZ Apart from Now Learning, you can also refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/ which is the official documentation source for different product lines. However, I will still recommend you prefer Now Learning over it as the Now Learning courses have been designed keeping the ease of learning in consideration. Product line documentation are often technical in nature.
Hope this helps.

Sandeep is correct, the Now Learning platform is the best learning path. The classes are made up of instructors' videos recorded, they explain step by step the tools and resources and how to implement basic designs. The YouTube videos can be good also, just don't use any that are older than a year or so. too much will have changed. I have taken all the RPA classes and the 'certification' exam and I think it is a six to eight hours total. At the end of the classes you will be able to start doing your own design by modifying the examples.

@JekinZ To begin with, I recommend you to enrol for ServiceNow fundamentals on demand course here https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/servicenow-administration-fundamentals-on-dem... once you done with the course. You can practice related concepts by requesting a personal developer instance here https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do. Once you have good hands on experience on the platform (at least for six months) you can plan to enroll for ITSM fundamentals https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/it-service-management/it-service-management-itsm-fundament... and ITSM Implementation courses https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/it-service-management/it-service-management-itsm-implement... finally you can appear for CIS ITSM exam.
Hope this helps.

The quality of paid courses are much better than the free ones. Paid courses (counting now learning) have been designed professionally, whereas the free courses/videos are prepared either by the youtubers or by ServiceNow technical team keeping technical audience in consideration.
