assignment groups should display as fallows

Hi 
Placing Network, Storage, Windows (substring match in Assignment Group name) at the top in that order.

if assignment group contain words Network, Storage, Windows  those should be display in agenda item (change requests)

what I am saying is you can build it but it won't guarantee the solution.

query BR you can use to sort A to Z etc but not with some field value
