How do I check to see when my CSA is expiring? I used to know but the interface has changed and now I can't find it.

There's no need to submit a case to enquire about certification expiry dates. The simple answer in all instances is that mainline certs stop being "current" (effectively expire) if you fail to complete the annual delta/maintenance requirements. The deadline for that varies each year, but is generally around April.

If you log in to NowLearning, you will be notified about the need to take a Delta exam. If you fail all attempts (or don't take them), your certification looses its 'current' status and it is no longer valid.
A Delta exam needs to be taken once a year and the last one opened in January and closed in April (if I'm not mistaking). So if you didn't take the exam, your certifications won't show 'current' anymore.
