CR status need to be changed to scheduled instead of implement

Hi all, Can any one please help me to share the steps to the below task in servicenow? 1) Change the status from implement to schedule state in service-now steps 2) Change the implement date from 16th apr to 22nd apr thanks!

Hi @saranya3d 

A change should never be moved to "Implemented" to scheduled, as it’s not a good practice. In this case, the change needs to be moved to a new state to cancel it, and then a new change should be logged. Since you’re planning to change the dates as well, it means the change will need to go through approval again, and conflicts will need to be addressed as well.
