Hi @mchandra,

Looking at your screenshot, Device Tracker sits fine in the App Files list under scope x_2148826_device_0, but I don't see a Menu or Module artifact anywhere in that left tree under User Interface. That's the first thing I'd chase:

  • Application Menu: go to System Definition > Application Menus, filter by name, and confirm a record exists for Device Tracker with Active checked
  • Module link: open that Application Menu record and check its Modules related list, your child module needs to actually sit there, not just exist as a standalone record
  • Roles: check the Roles field on both the menu and the module, if either restricts to a role your user does not have, it just silently drops out of the navigator
  • All filter: on the Application Menus list, click the All breadcrumb to remove the active-only filter so orphaned or inactive records actually show up
  • Refresh: the navigator caches menu data per session, so log out and back in after fixing any of the above

If the menu and module both check out and it's still not showing, post a screenshot of the Application Menu form itself and I'll dig further.

Thank you,

Hi @mchandra

Did you create Appliction, modules for your custom app.

If not , create it. It will show in the Application navigator.

If created , share the screen shot with role
