Drop-down text visibility is not clear in EC portal

Hi Team,

 

We have to change for employee center portal drop-down option colour or text colour to veiw clearly to the customers visibilty. Could you please guide me how to change only for EC portal?

My instance is new one - Now am started portal branding. when i come to the drop-down options - options are not visible clearly - so where we need to do this changes at backend?

Look like it is user preferences , might be some setting that impacting.
