Hi , I am trying to understand where this multiple duplicate tabs like remediation task(sn_vul_m2m_vg_change_request) and application remediation task(sn_vul_app_m2m_vg_change_request) coming from in the related list of change request form? Is it something out of the box coming from some plugins? I checked the relationships and did not find. (Please see screenshot)
