Email notifications are triggering twice

I have done some changes in the SLA workflow. Whenever SLA is breached to 75% and 100%, notifications will be triggered. But emails are triggering twice.

I have raised an incident yesterday to test whether notifications are triggering as expected or not. received SLA emails yesterday and today itself as well.

Please check the OOTB SLA flow.
I think notifications were added there as well, and it looks like you also created your own notifications.

Please check if you are using current.update method on the business rule or any other script on the incident table. If yes, then comment that code and verify once again.
