Employee profile send email not woring

Hi All,

In employee center-> profile section ->any coworker profile -> three dots ->send email

When i click on send email, it doesn't move forward. Can anyone please tell how this can be fixed.

Step 1: Widget or Model not Triigering Properly

Step 2: Missing or invalid Input data

Step 3: Client Script Issue

Step 4: Server Script Validation

 

 

Next Steps

  • Open Developer Console in the browser and check for errors when clicking "Send Email".
  • Confirm the widget or modal is correctly loaded and invoked.
  • Validate the server script is receiving the correct input.
  • Check if the email record is being created in sys_email.

I couldn't see that "Send Email" on esc portal "hri_user_profile" page
