Despite completing the CMDB fundamentals on demand course haven't get the voucher for it. Awaiting your support.

There is no Mainline Exam associated with CMDB fundamentals on demand course. There are 2 Micro Certifications related to CMDB:

CMDB is a micro-certification, so no voucher will be available for it. You need to complete the course and any associated labs (if provided), and upon completion, you will receive a badge.
