Flow Designer and system property issues

Hi Community,

I'm working in a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance and I'm encountering a persistent issue with Flow Designer.

Whenever I open a flow, I see the following warning:

Flow reports not available. Check system property com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level.

To resolve this, I followed these steps:

  1. Navigated to System Properties.

  2. Searched for com.snc.process_flow.reporting.level.

  3. Set its value to FULL and saved the record.

  4. Cleared the cache using cache.do.

  5. Logged out and logged back in, but the warning still shows.

Here’s a screenshot of the message I’m seeing:

My Question:

Is there anything else I need to enable or configure to make flow reports available?
Could this be related to a missing plugin or something else not enabled in the PDI?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Hi @kattekolara

Are you looking at the old executions prior to updating the property? or these are new executions?

Hi @Swapna Abbuuri,

Thanks for your quick response!

I'm currently viewing flows that were created and run before I updated the property.

This is the first time I'm doing the flow but it shows that I need to enable the property. I have enabled the property too but it seems like it's not working. Can you help me figure out why? I'm attaching the SS of the updated property, please have a look at it and feel free to let me know where did I go wrong.
Thank you.
