Please go to plugins and search for VA Designer 

Virtual Agent Designer

Now Platform

Plugin id: com.snc.conversation_builder

and update it.

Install Plugin: Glide Virtual Agent [com.glide.cs.chatbot]

and try

 

If still you get the issue try in inCognito /InPrivate browser.
