I'm an experienced developer who is just curious about starting out as a SNOW developer, since my institution uses it. My question is, how/where do I get started?

Hi @JosueR 

First of all, it's not SNOW; it's SN or ServiceNow.

To get started with ServiceNow (SN):

1️⃣ Begin with the basics by completing the Admin training, which will help you understand the platform's core functionalities. Once you’re comfortable with the foundation, move on to the Application Developer course. This course dives into scripting, Business Rules (BR), and much more related to ServiceNow development. Since you mentioned you’re an experienced developer, this path will suit you well.

2️⃣ For Admin training, you can access it via Now Learning (learning.servicenow.com). If you're working with a partner company, it’s free. If not, it might be paid. However, the Admin training is free nowadays, so make sure to complete it.

3️⃣ The Developer training is also available for free, so it’s a great opportunity to advance your skills!

With these resources, you’ll be well-equipped to grow in the ServiceNow ecosystem. 🚀
