How to create UI actions in below format

Hi Everyone,

I want to create few UI actions Lets say X, Y, Z BUT all these UI actions I want to show inside A. So once user hover over to A and these three UI actions(X,Y,Z) should be visible and user can select whatever option he want. Similar to when we hover over to export on form list context menu we see few options like PDF, XML(see screenshot)

Did you try creating new and then add child context menu under it?
