i am try to sending email notification when additional comments changes but here i am getting two notifications in incident table and emails logs as well

Hi @Gangadhar540- ,

There must be two notifications configured. Check the two notification and compare. Like (who it is end, body content). If both notifications are identical and triggers for same condition then one can be dsiabled.
