I need your assistance regarding CRM. I have created product offering catalogs with product offerings under them, and everything is set to Published. When I go to the Product Offering Catalogs module, I can see all my catalogs.

The issue is that when I try to create an order in CSM/FSM Workspace, I don’t find any of my product offering catalogs under Catalogs.

Interestingly, when I create the same product offering catalog on my PDI, I am able to see it there without issues (please see the attached screenshot for reference).

Could you please check and advise?
Also, is it possible to make these product offerings accessible on the Portal? If so, I’d appreciate some insights on how to enable that.Screenshot (29).pngScreenshot (28).pngScreenshot (27).png
