Knowledge Base not appearing in portal

I have created multiple knowledge bases and when I try to access it from portal, only OOTB knowledge bases are available in the system(IT and Known Error).

So is there anything that I am missing to add or any configuration is required for portal?

Hi @Akshay Kumar3

Go to portal and add the knowledge base here, also make sure KB has categories and article mapped.

Hi @Akshay Kumar3

To show your new knowledge bases in ServiceNow Service Portal, you need to map them to your portal record

By default, portal record isn't configured with your newly created KB. So only default OOB knowledge bases appear.

  • Navigate to Service Portal > Portals
  • Open your specific Portal record.
  • Look for the Knowledge Bases related list at the bottom of the form
  • Click Edit and add your newly created knowledge bases to the list, then Save.
