Lab Instance Login Failed: "Username or password invalid" with Provided Credentials

I requested a lab instance through the course and received the login credentials via email. However, every attempt to access the instance results in the following error:

"Username or password invalid"

I have already completed the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Used an incognito/private browsing window
  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Copied and pasted the credentials directly from the email
  • Manually entered the username and password
  • Verified that I am using the URL provided in the lab email

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

I also searched the available documentation and found references to the article:

Lab Instance - Unable to login, username and password invalid, invalid login - ServiceNow University

However, I am unable to access it because it displays the message:

"This article is available to internal users only."

Could someone please help verify whether this is a lab provisioning issue, an account issue, or a known Cloud Labs problem? Additionally, if there is an alternative version of the documentation available to external learners, I would appreciate being pointed to it.

Thank you for your assistance.

Release it and request a new one. Or log a Case with NowLearning.

Hello @yashaswirai , Could you try opening the instance directly from the course? Log in to your Now Learning account, resume the course, and then either Wake or Open the instance.

Thanks, but that was the first method I tried
