Keen to find out; I have recently completed my course for CAD and Loaner application is saved in GitLab. Apparently the duration of my SNOW Instance is expiring. Does that mean i will also loose access to my application in ServiceNow Studio?
What is the best way to view my work again in ServiceNow?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance for your guidance

Hi @D Trivedi
When you take any course from ServiceNow Learning, you are provided with an instance for a limited time period. After that, the instance is taken back and wiped clean.
However, you can practice in PDI, which is freely available, although it’s not the same as the lab instance. In PDI, you can install the necessary plugins as required.

Hello @D Trivedi
First of all, kudos that you completed CAD course.
See the instance you get during course is time limited after certain time it will expire, and it will be revoked. I think max you can extend your instance 3 times after that once time is over your configuration you did will go.
Alternative to keep the configuration with you can be do it over your PDI but again in PDI also after 10 days of inactivity instance is reclaimed by ServiceNow.
While doing setup in PDI which you did over lab instance may differ as it may already installed plugin or configuration available, so if you are doing in PDI you will need to consider this all scenarios.
Last don't lose hope or get sad as your lab is expired, just get a PDI and start developing. Happy Learning!!
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
