Migration of kb article between two serviceNow Intances with Attachments and embedded image

I have a task in which i have to migrate a knowledge base article from one serviceNow Instance to another Instance   with attachments and embedded image and there is also one thing i need to address that if article with same number is present in  target instance so Duplicacy  of article number can be avoided
